Coinslot is software: open-source SDKs, a CLI and an optional hosted dashboard. It is a non-custodial tool. We don't hold, move or control anyone's funds. Please read these terms before using the hosted service.
01What Coinslot is
Paywall and Guard are open-source libraries under the MIT license. They run on your machines. The MIT license, not these terms, governs your use of the code.
The hosted dashboard at getcoinslot.xyz receives events from the SDKs if you configure an API key, and shows them back to you with history, charts and alerts.
02Non-custodial
We never hold, receive, route, convert or move funds. Payments made with x402 go from the paying wallet to the receiving wallet, verified and settled by the facilitator you choose, on a public blockchain.
We never receive private keys or seed phrases. We cannot sign, reverse, freeze or refund any payment.
We are not a party to any payment between an agent and a seller, and we are not a payment processor, money transmitter, exchange or broker.
03Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your wallets and keys, for the policies you configure, and for what your agents buy or your APIs sell.
Buyers, sellers and facilitators are responsible for their payments, for compliance with the laws that apply to them, and for any taxes.
Don't use Coinslot to sell anything illegal, to attack other services, or to get around sanctions.
04Facilitators and networks
Facilitators (such as Coinbase CDP, PayAI or thirdweb) and blockchains are third parties with their own terms, fees and outages. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them.
05Experimental software
Coinslot is experimental and has not been audited. It may contain bugs, including bugs that cause a payment to be made or blocked unexpectedly.
The software and the hosted service are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Test on testnets first and keep agent wallets small.
06Not financial advice
Nothing on getcoinslot.xyz or in our posts is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
07Hosted plans
Free and beta plans may change or end with notice. Paid plans are billed monthly and run to the end of the paid period if cancelled.
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or break these terms. Your SDKs keep working without the dashboard.
08Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost funds, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of Coinslot, including payments made or blocked by the software.
